Two official documents sit behind this business, and both are checkable. Here is what each one authorises, and how to verify it yourself.
Who you are actually dealing with
Three names appear on our paperwork, and you should know how they fit together before you try to verify anything:
- Alpha Clinic Turkey is the brand — the name on this website.
- Alpha Clinic Turizm ve Sağlık Hizmetleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. is the legal entity.
- EuroAlpha Travel is the registered agency name, and it is the name our official certificates are issued in.
All three are the same Istanbul company, operating since 2012. If you search a public registry for “Alpha Clinic Turkey” you will not find us — search for EuroAlpha Travel.
What we are authorised to do
Our Ministry of Health authorisation covers exactly what we do: organising and coordinating your treatment in Turkey. The surgery or dental work itself is performed at an accredited partner hospital that the Ministry licenses, by that hospital’s own medical team — which is the standard the authorisation exists to uphold.
The certificate shown on this page carries its number redacted, because the document is issued to the agency rather than to a patient and there is no public registry to check that number against — so the credential you can verify for yourself is the TÜRSAB registration, licence number 15434, searchable in TÜRSAB’s public agency directory under EUROALPHA TRAVEL.
How we choose partner facilities
What we publish is the standard every partner facility has to meet, because that is the part that stays constant when a facility changes. Your own hospital is named in the written plan you approve before you travel.
A facility has to be licensed by the Turkish Ministry of Health and operating at hospital grade — not a converted flat, not an anonymous clinic floor. Surgery has to happen in a hospital with full anaesthetic cover, and for major procedures, intensive care on site. The surgeon who plans your case has to be the one who performs it, and their qualifications have to be verifiable. Graft, implant and unit counts have to be quoted to the number the case actually needs, and fixed in writing before you fly — if the count on the day lands a little above or below the estimate, your invoice does not move.
When a partner stops meeting that standard, we stop sending patients there. That is the part of this arrangement you are actually trusting us with, and it is the reason the agency model can work at all.
What we publish about patients
We publish no before-and-after photographs of patients — not on a treatment page, not in a gallery, nowhere on this site. Where a patient does appear, in a review or a video, it is because that patient gave written consent for it, and that consent can be withdrawn.
The reason is the patient, not the marketing: a surgical image of someone’s head stays public and irreversible forever, and we do not take that risk with anyone. A wall of before-and-after images tells you nothing about whether the person photographed consented, whether the case resembles yours, or whether the photographs belong to the clinic showing them at all.
