What plastic surgery in Turkey costs in 2026 — indicative all-inclusive prices for face, nose, body and breast procedures, and what a package covers.

Plastic surgery in Turkey costs a fraction of the price in the UK, US or Western Europe — and through Alpha Clinic Turkey that lower price buys a board-certified plastic surgeon, an accredited hospital with anaesthetic cover, and coordinated aftercare, not a compromise on any of them. The figures below are honest indicative starting points in euros, grouped by area: cosmetic surgery is real surgery, so your firm quote depends on the procedure and is confirmed only after a partner surgeon has reviewed your case and goals.

Every price we quote is all-inclusive — the surgery, the hospital, your hotel, transfers, a coordinator, the pre-operative workup and follow-up — so the safety and aftercare that matter most are part of the number, not an extra. Explore the full plastic surgery range by area: face, nose, body and breast. The free consultation turns these ranges into one exact, itemised, no-obligation figure.

How much does plastic surgery in Turkey cost in 2026?

It depends entirely on the procedure, so a single headline number would be misleading. Grouped by area, the indicative all-inclusive starting points are:

  • Face — eyelid surgery from €1,800, neck lift from €3,000, facelift from €4,000.
  • Nose — rhinoplasty from €2,500; ethnic rhinoplasty and septorhinoplasty from €3,000; revision rhinoplasty, the most technically demanding, from €3,500.
  • Body — arm lift from €2,800, tummy tuck and BBL from €3,500.
  • Breast — gynecomastia from €2,500, breast augmentation from €3,000, breast lift and breast reduction from €3,500.

Every figure is a starting point, not a quote. Cosmetic surgery is real surgery: the final number depends on what your case actually needs, and it is confirmed only after a partner surgeon has reviewed your photos and goals.

What does the all-inclusive price cover?

The number you are given is the number you pay. It covers the operation itself in an accredited, hospital-grade facility, the board-certified plastic surgeon and the anaesthetic cover, the pre-operative workup, your hotel for the nights the procedure requires, VIP airport transfers, a patient coordinator who speaks your language, post-operative garments where the procedure needs them, and coordinated follow-up after you fly home.

That matters more than it sounds. A headline price that excludes the workup, the anaesthetist or the aftercare is not a cheaper operation — it is the same operation with the safety margin removed and the cost moved somewhere less visible.

Why is plastic surgery cheaper in Turkey than in the UK or US?

Lower hospital and staffing costs and a favourable exchange rate — the same economics that make hair and dental work cheaper there. It is not a different standard of surgery. For comparison, the procedures above typically cost £6,000–£12,000+ in UK private practice, $8,000–$20,000+ in the United States and €7,000–€15,000+ in Western Europe — and in each case that figure is usually for the surgery alone, with hospital, accommodation and aftercare billed separately.

Read the gap the other way round, though: if a quote is far below even the Turkish range, ask what has been left out. An unusually low price is a question, not a bargain.

How long do I need to stay in Istanbul?

Long enough for the surgeon to see you again before you fly. The stay is set by the procedure, not by the price:

  • 4–5 nights — eyelid surgery, the shortest recovery of the group.
  • 5–7 nights — breast augmentation, gynecomastia.
  • 7 nights — rhinoplasty, septorhinoplasty, ethnic rhinoplasty, neck lift, arm lift, breast lift, breast reduction.
  • 7–10 nights — facelift, tummy tuck, BBL and revision rhinoplasty, where swelling and drains need longer observation.

Flying too early is one of the few genuinely avoidable risks in medical travel. We book the return flight around the surgeon’s clearance, not the other way round.

It depends on the procedure: through Alpha Clinic Turkey, indicative all-inclusive starting prices run from around €1,800 for eyelid surgery to €4,000 for a facelift, with rhinoplasty from €2,500 and most body and breast procedures from €3,000–€3,500. Each figure is an indicative starting point, not a firm quote — your exact price is confirmed only after a surgeon reviews your case at the free consultation.
Every package is all-inclusive: the surgery itself in an accredited hospital with a board-certified plastic surgeon and anaesthetic cover, plus your hotel, VIP airport transfers, a patient coordinator, the pre-operative workup, post-op garments and coordinated aftercare. The safety and aftercare are part of the price, not an add-on.
Lower hospital and staffing costs and a favourable exchange rate, not lower standards — the same reason hair and dental work cost less there. Procedures are performed by board-certified plastic surgeons in accredited, hospital-grade facilities. An unusually low headline price, by contrast, can mean the workup, the surgeon's time or the aftercare have been cut — a warning sign, not a bargain.
Send photos and your goals through the free consultation. A partner surgeon reviews your case, tells you honestly what it needs and whether you are a good candidate, and returns an itemised, all-inclusive quote. It is free and carries no obligation — and if a procedure is not right for you, they will say so.
