Haartransplantation: Letztendlich bin ich zufrieden und glücklich damit, angesichts der Jahre, in denen ich ständig mit dem Kaschieren beschäftigt war. Nur einen Kritikpunkt habe ich: Zwischen den kahlen Stellen und dem Beginn des dichten Haares gibt es lichte Bereiche. Diese hätten ein paar hundert follikulare Einheiten mehr vertragen können. Bei mir war die linke Seite lichter als die rechte. Wenn ich meine Haare jetzt nach hinten binde, sehe ich an diesen lichten Stellen auf der linken Seite die Delle deutlicher als auf der rechten Seite. Was ich damit sagen will: Vorne an der Stirn ist der Haaransatz perfekt und dicht. Der Übergang nach hinten ins dichtere Haar bräuchte allerdings etwas mehr Fülle. Trotzdem ist es besser als die Kahlheit. Besten Dank!

I recently underwent a hair transplant DHI Method on March 30, 2026, and from the very beginning, the entire experience was exceptional. FUE, DHI or Sapphire FUE?
Most patients arrive having read plenty about techniques; almost none should have to choose one alone. In broad strokes: FUE extracts follicular units one by one and opens recipient channels before implanting. Sapphire FUE opens those channels with a sapphire blade, allowing finer, denser work along the hairline. DHI implants each graft directly with a Choi pen, with no separate channel step — and often without full shaving. Which method fits you depends on your donor density, the area to be covered and how you wear your hair. What it costs — and what “all-inclusive” actually means
A hair transplant in Istanbul is priced as a fixed package, not as a per-graft estimate that grows on arrival. Packages organized through Alpha Clinic Turkey cover the operation at the partner clinic, hotel nights, airport and clinic transfers, medication and the aftercare kit, and interpreter support throughout your stay. Flights are not included — you book those yourself, and everything from the arrivals hall onwards is arranged for you. Our 2026 packages start from €1,900 for FUE and €2,200 for Sapphire FUE, all-inclusive: 3-night hotel, VIP transfers, translator, medication, PRP and aftercare. Final price depends on graft count, agreed in your free consultation.
A 15% deposit secures your surgery date, and the balance is settled as set out in your written plan. If your plans change, you can cancel free of charge up to one week before your surgery date.
Yes. Transplanted follicles are taken from the donor area at the back of the head, which is genetically resistant to hair loss. Once they survive the recovery period, they grow for life.
3 nights is enough for most procedures. Day 1: consultation, blood work, operation. Day 2: first wash, instructions. Day 3: optional PRP and discharge. We organise transfers and hotel.
Shock-loss in weeks 2–6 is normal. New hair starts at month 3, becomes visible around month 6, and the final density settles at month 12.
FUE and DHI extract follicles one by one with a micro-punch — no linear strip scar. Tiny dot scars in the donor area heal in a week and are invisible at hair length above 2 mm.
