What you decide in the next few weeks you live with for years, which is why one coordinator stays with you from your first message to your twelve-month follow-up, and why nothing is booked until the plan is in writing in front of you.

What we do

Alpha Clinic Turkey is a health tourism agency based in Şişli, central Istanbul. We plan each patient’s case with the specialist who will carry it out, arrange it at a Ministry of Health A-class licensed partner hospital, and coordinate everything around the operation: the review of your photos, scheduling, VIP airport transfers, hotel, interpreting, medication and follow-up. The surgeon who plans your case is the one who performs it, and both the hospital and the surgeon are named in the written plan you approve before you fly — so you know whose hands you are in before you book a flight, not after you land.

Four treatment areas sit inside that model:

• Hair restoration — FUE, Sapphire FUE and DHI, including unshaven, female, beard and mustache, eyebrow, and hairline design for transgender patients.
• Dental treatment — implants and full-arch all-on-4, porcelain and E-max veneers, zirconium crowns, smile design and whitening.
• Plastic and aesthetic surgery — face, nose, body and breast, with board-certified partner surgeons in licensed hospitals.
• Weight-loss surgery — gastric sleeve, gastric bypass and the non-surgical balloon, with a dietitian plan and follow-up bloods.

International patients are who this agency is built for. Our coordination team works in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Arabic, Turkish and Russian full-time — through the consultation, the briefing on the day and every message afterwards — so language is never the reason a question goes unasked or a recovery step gets missed.

Who you deal with

You deal with a coordination team: one named coordinator writes your quote, books your dates, meets you at the airport, sits in on the briefing and is still the person answering at month twelve. The clinical work belongs to the partner hospital’s own specialists, and our job is to put your case in front of the right one and to hold the facility to the standard we publish. How we plan a case

Your case is planned with the operating specialist at the partner hospital, and the plan comes back to you in writing: what is realistically achievable, the procedure or technique that achieves it, the graft count or the tooth-by-tooth schedule, the stay it needs and one fixed all-inclusive price. Flights are not included; everything from the arrivals hall onwards is.

For a hair transplant that means the surgeon assesses donor density, recipient capacity and your long-term loss pattern before quoting — the goal is a result that still looks right ten years from now, not one that looks dense on day one and thin at year five. If the graft count on the day lands a little above or below the estimate, your invoice does not move. For dental, plastic and weight-loss cases the same order holds: assessment first, written plan second, price fixed before you travel, and your approval before anything is booked.
