An all-inclusive hair transplant package in Turkey starts from €1,900 and covers everything about the trip except your flights: the operation at a Ministry of Health A-class licensed partner hospital, your hotel nights, every transfer, an interpreter, your medication, a PRP session and twelve months of follow-up. One figure, agreed in writing before you travel.
This page is about what you get for the money. If you want the reasoning behind the numbers — how graft count, technique and donor supply move the figure, and how Turkey compares with the UK, US, Germany and Canada — that is on our hair transplant cost guide.
The three packages
Our packages are built around the surgical technique, not the hotel. There is no tier where a different grade of theatre, a different standard of aftercare or a technician instead of a surgeon is quietly the variable.
| Package | From | Session ceiling | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| FUE | €1,900 | Up to 4,000 grafts | The widest coverage per euro |
| Sapphire FUE | €2,200 | Up to 5,500 grafts | Finer channels, faster healing, large sessions |
| DHI (Choi pen) | €2,500 | Up to 4,500 grafts | Highest density in a focused area, no-shave cases |
Each package then steps up with session size, so a bigger case moves you one row down the table rather than multiplying your bill:
| Session size | FUE | Sapphire FUE | DHI |
|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 1,500 grafts | €1,900 | €2,200 | €2,500 |
| Up to 2,500 grafts | €2,100 | €2,400 | €2,700 |
| Up to 3,500 grafts | €2,300 | €2,600 | €2,900 |
| 4,500–5,500 grafts | €2,500 | €2,800 | €3,100 |
Above the top band — the 5,000–6,000 graft cases — a surgeon plans two staged sessions rather than one mega-session, to protect the donor area and graft survival. Each session is priced from the table above, and the staged plan as a whole is confirmed in writing at the free consultation.
Beard and moustache transplants start from €2,500, and eyebrow transplants from €2,500, on the same all-inclusive basis.
Read the method pages for what each technique actually changes: Sapphire FUE, DHI and FUE.
What “all-inclusive” covers
Every package, at every price, contains:
- The operation at a Ministry of Health A-class licensed partner hospital — performed by the surgeon who planned your case
- Pre-operative blood tests and the consultation and hairline design
- Your hotel nights — three nights covers a standard case
- VIP transfers — airport to hotel, hotel to hospital, hospital to hotel, hotel to airport
- An interpreter, and one coordinator who stays with you from your first message to your twelve-month result
- All medication and your aftercare kit — painkillers, antibiotics, lotion and medical shampoo
- The first medical wash performed at the hospital, with step-by-step training so you can do it correctly at home
- A PRP session
- Twelve months of follow-up on WhatsApp, with the same coordinator, in your language
What is not included
- Flights. You book these, and we recommend booking them after your plan is confirmed so the dates fit the schedule.
- A visa, where your passport requires one, and travel insurance.
- Extra nights, if you decide to stay on beyond the nights in your plan.
- Meals beyond those your hotel includes, and your own spending money.
That is the whole list. Everything else your written plan names is inside the figure — and if something is not in the plan, it is not in the price, which is exactly why the plan is issued before you book rather than after.
How the fixed price works
Four steps, and the number is settled at step three.
- You send photos. Front, top, both sides and the back of your scalp, through the free assessment. Nothing is payable at this stage.
- A surgeon reviews them. Not a salesperson: the surgeon assesses your donor density, your loss pattern and what is realistically achievable, and sets your graft count and technique.
- You receive a written plan. It names the hospital, the surgeon, your graft count, the technique, your nights, your transfers, what is inside the figure and what is outside it — and one total in euros.
- You pay that total. The graft count recorded in theatre does not change your invoice. The surgeon who planned your case is the one who performs it. There is no upsell in the chair on the morning of surgery.
That is the difference between a package and a “from” price. A per-graft tariff is only a starting number: it resolves upward on the day, once you are shaved, numbed and in no position to negotiate. A package resolves before you board.
If it is easier to talk it through first, your coordinator calls you back within five minutes during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 07:00–22:00 Turkish time) in your own language.
Deposit and cancellation
A 15% deposit secures your surgery date once the written plan suits you, and the balance is settled as set out in that plan. If your plans change, you can cancel free of charge up to one week before your surgery date. Nothing is payable before that: the assessment, the surgeon’s review and the written plan are free, and the deposit only follows once you have the plan in front of you and the date you want.
Istanbul, Antalya or Izmir — the same package, the same price
The package and the price are identical in all three cities. What changes is the calendar, not the cost.
- Istanbul — the default. Direct flights from almost everywhere, and the widest choice of A-class licensed partner hospitals.
- Antalya — if the trip is already a holiday. See hair transplant in Antalya.
- Izmir — the same, on the Aegean coast. See hair transplant in Izmir.
There is one scheduling rule wherever you go: the surgery belongs in the last days of the stay, not the first. You cannot swim, sunbathe or sweat heavily for the first two weeks, so a transplant on day one costs you the holiday.
Your three nights, day by day
| Day | What happens |
|---|---|
| Arrival | VIP pickup at the airport, hotel check-in, and you meet your coordinator |
| Day 1 | Consultation and hairline design with the surgeon, blood tests, then the operation under local anaesthetic — 6 to 8 hours. Back at the hotel the same evening. |
| Day 2 | First medical wash at the hospital, with training so you can wash correctly at home |
| Day 3 | PRP session, final check, discharge instructions and your transfer back to the airport |
You fly home with the recipient area lightly crusted; the crusts are gone between day 10 and 14. The full twelve-month timeline is on our procedure page.
Combining treatments in one trip
Two things in one journey means one set of flights and one hotel stay.
- Hair and beard, or hair and eyebrows — both are scalp-donor procedures and are planned together as a single case with one figure.
- Hair and dental — very common, and it works well when sequenced properly: the transplant first, a rest day, then the dental appointments. Our hair transplant and dental one-trip guide sets out the order, the timings and the combined cost.
Why a package costs less than a per-graft quote
A Western clinic typically charges a rate per graft, then adds the facility, the anaesthetic, the consultation and the follow-up as separate lines. At 3,000–4,000 grafts that arithmetic is exactly how a UK or US transplant reaches five figures — the same operation, priced per unit.
Our model inverts it. The figure is fixed before you fly and covers the surgery and the entire trip around it, and a larger graft count moves you one step up a table instead of multiplying a tariff. Istanbul’s cost base and the sheer volume of cases make that possible; the written plan is what makes it dependable.
A comparable session costs €10,000–16,000 in the UK, €8,000–13,000 in Germany, €9,000–15,000 in Canada and €13,000–25,000 in the United States — in each case for the surgery alone. The cost guide breaks the comparison down band by band, and what a package covers walks through each line.
Who arranges it
Alpha Clinic Turkey is an Istanbul-based health tourism agency, established in 2012, holding Ministry of Health authorisation for international health tourism and registered with TÜRSAB, the Turkish travel agencies association, under 15434. We have coordinated treatment for 11,000+ patients from 70+ countries. The surgery happens at a Ministry of Health A-class licensed partner hospital, and both that hospital and your surgeon are named in the plan you approve before you fly.
What that registration means in practice — and how to verify it yourself — is on our credentials page. What patients say about the coordination is on our reviews page: 5.0 from 105 reviews on Google and 4.4 from 12 on Trustpilot, both linked at source.
Send your photos and you will have your graft count, your technique, your hospital, your surgeon and your total — in writing, free, before you commit to anything.

Send your photos. A partner surgeon reviews your case and you get back one written, all-inclusive quote: the procedure, the hospital, your hotel, transfers, your coordinator and the 12-month follow-up. The figure in that plan is the figure you pay. Flights are not included.
- Your all-inclusive price is fixed in writing before you travel
- Your hospital and your surgeon are both named in your written plan
- One coordinator, from your first message to your 12-month result
